Messiah success on both sides of the Atlantic

In the run-up to Christmas, Tim enjoyed success performing Handel's Messiah on both sides of the Atlantic. On 15th December Tim made a return to the New York Philharmonic, following his successful debut in the same work in the 2012/13 season. Performing under British conductor Jane Glover for the first time, Tim's performance was noted for being "alluring" and "consistently excellent" (New York Times), with his voice "nimble" and "positively beaming" (New York Classical Review).

Following 5 performances in New York, Tim joined up with the Gabrieli Consort and Paul McCreesh in Spain for 3 further performances in Zaragoza, San Sebastian and Pamplona where he continued to receive acclaim:

Tim's recording of Handel's Messiah with Emmanuelle Haim and Le Concert d'Astrée was released on the Erato label in 2014.
